Our web application and Windows application development services are both developed using Microsoft’s . NET technology. We support various styles of development, from agile to waterfall.

For website development, we provide the same scale and design as the EmotionSoft website you are looking at. For each of these services, the following is a description of EmotionSoft’s services.

About program development in general

EmotionSoft has a lot of experience in developing small and medium scale systems. To give an example.

• Web system for a specific service in a huge EC site
• A business support system used only by a specific department in a large company
• Business support systems for an entire small company

We have developed many programs to realize special business requirements that cannot be handled by ERP or packaged software, or to realize new web service functions that are not available anywhere else. Most of our development targets are such “small but difficult to create” systems, which are small but not straightforward.

EmotionSoft has established a design style that can flexibly respond to specification changes during the development process, while handling many system development projects with such complex specifications and requirements.

It is unavoidable to modify the design and functions of the program while running it, considering the usability of the application. We have incorporated various ideas and know-how into our development style to ensure that the quality of the program is not compromised while modifying the program.

• Please understand that specification changes will cost more or less depending on the content of the change. It is no different with any system that changes that require a complete reworking of the screen will cost a lot.

Web Applications

We have experience in developing various web applications for BtoC. Among them, the fields in which I am good at and have a lot of development experience are the following applications.

1. Authentication functions in general, building authentication infrastructure for websites
   
   • Development of integrated authentication systems between different applications deployed on various development platforms that implement OAuth and OpenIDConnnect.
   • Creation of multi-factor authentication using smartphones, external authentication functions using SNS accounts such as Google/Microsoft/Facebook/Line, and PW reset functions using confirmation emails
2. Development of a membership management system for websites. (This includes functions for membership admission, various information changes, and cancellation of membership)
3. Web communication tools to manage the exchange of questions and answers between users and website management staff.

With these development experiences, we can undertake programs such as new web service applications starting small, or building small EC site pages for specific service reservations, applications, and purchases. The development platforms and languages we can support are as follows

Windows business applications

For Windows applications used in corporate intranets, we have developed many sales management systems, agent management systems, and trade management systems that include special business requirements and business rules that cannot be handled by ordinary packages.

Typical “special business requirements that cannot be handled by ordinary packages” are as follows

• Sales management systems with special point-earning or discounting rules.
• Agent management systems that determine margins and incentives based on special rules.
• Trade management systems that update coefficients for scheduled cost calculation according to the actual import billings.
• Systems that require output of special forms, or that output special management forms in Excel, Word, etc.
• Systems that pass journal data transactions to accounting management systems or other mission-critical systems on a daily basis or in real-time batch processing
• Creation of applications that use trees or special grids to display data.

EmotionSoft also provides the service for creation of websites using WordPress.

As a feature of our service, we deliver pages with good sense using high functional themes (LightningPro) and plug-ins (VKAllBlocks Pro). Of course, it is a prerequisite to provide pages with responsive design that is compatible with smartphones and tablets.

Our goal is to create pages that are simple and clean in structure, and that are easy to navigate so that visitors can easily reach the information that the site owner wants to show and appeal to them. We also provide search engine optimization services.
