As part of our future business development, EmotionSoft is planning to focus on providing our own program products and web services.
Our target products will specialize in tools for developers or system operators. The features of the products we are aiming for are as follows
- Increase productivity by supporting the programming work done by developers.
- Increase work efficiency by automating tasks that were previously done routinely by operations staff.
These are common phrases for development tools, but Emotion Software would like to provide a tool that is fun to use in addition to these phrases.
In the field of system development and operation, there are still many complex yet monotonous tasks that must be done by hand, such as
- Coating and subsequent testing phases
- Repetition of program modification and regression testing
- Maintenance of incorrect data that cannot be handled by the system

We would like to change these tedious and nerve-wracking tasks into something exciting by making them more efficient and speedy in a visible way through the introduction of the tools created by Emotion Software.
We would like to create many examples of how we can revitalize the field of system development and operation, and create a virtuous cycle that leads to improved team productivity and morale. I want to provide tools that will help them do that. That is my strong desire.
The product is provided as an extension of Visual Studio, Microsoft’s development environment, or as a Nuget Package, or as an add-in for Office products such as Excel. Therefore, the product’s target audience is limited to programmers.
However, we aim to make the product easy to use so that even beginners in programming can use it with ease. (In fact, it should be possible for a beginner to implement something that an advanced programmer would do with simple code.
We are also planning to create several web services and Windows applications at the same time.
People tend to think that all the services they want are already available in Japan and abroad, but there are still many untapped areas of services for developers that Emotion Software is targeting.
